1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

2. Mash bananas in a large bowl.

3. Add butter, sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Mix well.

4. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.

5. Fold dry ingredients into wet, mixing just until combined.

6. Pour into loaf pan and smooth the top.
