Ingredients

4 large eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup flour
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp butter
Powdered sugar for serving
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Blend eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, lemon zest, and salt.
3. Heat skillet and melt butter.
4. Pour batter into skillet and bake 12–15 minutes.
5. Remove, dust with sugar, and serve immediately.
Notes
Use room temperature ingredients.
Do not open oven while baking.
Serve immediately for best texture.
