Description
Fluffy Air Fryer Churro Bites made with simple pantry ingredients. Crispy outside, soft inside, coated in cinnamon sugar.
Ingredients
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup plain flour
1/3 cup + 1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 cup water
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp cinnamon powder
1 cup white sugar
Instructions
1. In a pan, combine water, butter, salt, and sugar. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and stir in flour until dough forms.
2. Transfer dough to bowl. Cool 4–5 minutes.
3. Add egg and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
5. Pipe bite-sized dough into greased basket.
6. Brush lightly with butter.
7. Air fry 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
8. Mix cinnamon and sugar.
9. Toss warm churro bites in mixture and serve immediately.
Notes
Do not overcrowd air fryer.
Coat churros while warm.
Reheat in air fryer for best texture.
