Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter softened
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 egg room temperature
1 jar seedless raspberry jam (9–12 oz)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Mix butter, flour, sugar, and egg until crumbly
3. Reserve 1 1/2 cups for topping
4. Press remaining mixture into baking dish
5. Spread raspberry jam evenly
6. Crumble reserved topping over jam
7. Bake 30–40 minutes until golden
8. Cool completely before cutting
