1/2 cup chopped spinach (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease baking dish.

2. Brown sausage and drain excess grease.

3. Whisk eggs, milk, and seasonings.

4. Layer sausage, vegetables, cheese, and bread cubes.

5. Pour egg mixture evenly over layers.
