Description
Easy Apple Casserole made with diced apples, biscuit dough, cinnamon, and brown sugar. A warm and comforting apple dessert ready in under 40 minutes.
Ingredients
2 cups diced apples
1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
2. Cut biscuit dough into pieces.
3. Mix diced apples, dough pieces, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
4. Pour mixture into baking dish.
5. Drizzle melted butter evenly over top.
6. Sprinkle brown sugar and pecans.
7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
8. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use mixed apple varieties for deeper flavor.
Sprinkle turbinado sugar for extra crunch.
Add caramel drizzle for gooey texture.
Store leftovers in refrigerator up to 3 days.
