Ingredients
3 large eggs (room temperature)
2/3 cup milk (room temperature)
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
3 cups mixed berries
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F
2. Blend eggs, milk, flour, salt, and vanilla until smooth
3. Heat butter in skillet until bubbling
4. Pour batter into skillet without mixing
5. Bake for 15–20 minutes until puffed and golden
6. Brush with melted butter, drizzle lemon juice over the top, add berries, and dust with powdered sugar
