Ingredients
6 Boneless Thick Cut Pork Chops
8 oz Mushrooms (sliced)
½ Onion (sliced)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp pepper
½ cup beef broth
Instructions
1. Place pork chops in crockpot
2. Add mushrooms and onions on top
3. Mix soups, broth, garlic, paprika, and pepper
4. Pour mixture over pork chops
5. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours
6. Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or noodles
