Description
Crispy sweet potato cubes roasted at high heat with paprika, cinnamon, and garlic for perfectly caramelized edges and tender centers.
Ingredients
3 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
3 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F and cube sweet potatoes evenly.
2. Toss cubes with olive oil.
3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
4. Spread in a single layer on baking sheet.
5. Roast 30–35 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes.
6. Check tenderness with toothpick. Serve warm.
Notes
Cut cubes evenly for uniform roasting.
Do not overcrowd the pan.
Reheat in oven for best crisp texture.
