Description
Crispy, golden air fryer mushrooms made without breading. This easy appetizer or side dish is paleo, gluten-free, and done in under 15 minutes.
Ingredients
16 oz cremini or white button mushrooms
1½ tbsp olive oil
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp smoked paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Clean mushrooms using a damp cloth, then halve if needed.
2. Toss mushrooms in a bowl with olive oil and seasonings.
3. Preheat air fryer to 380°F for 3–5 minutes.
4. Place mushrooms in a single layer in the basket.
5. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
6. Garnish with parsley and serve with dipping sauce.
Notes
Avoid rinsing mushrooms under water to prevent sogginess.
For extra crisp, cook 1–2 minutes longer.
Pairs well with ranch, chipotle mayo, or garlic yogurt dip.
