Creamy Lemon Cheesecake Crumb Bars with buttery crumb layers and tangy lemon filling.
Ingredients
2 1/3 cup Flour
2 1/3 cup Oats
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Granulated Sugar
1 cup Butter
8 oz Cream Cheese
3 Egg Yolks
1 tsp Lemon Zest
1 tsp Vanilla
28 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup Lemon Juice
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Prepare pan with butter and parchment paper
3. Mix crumb ingredients and butter until crumbly
4. Press half into pan
5. Beat cream cheese until fluffy
6. Add egg yolks, vanilla, zest
7. Mix in condensed milk
8. Add lemon juice
9. Pour filling over crust
10. Add remaining crumbs
11. Bake 30 minutes
12. Cool and refrigerate
Notes
Use fresh lemon juice for best flavor
Chill before slicing
