- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 16 oz fresh or frozen gnocchi
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup crispy bacon bits
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add chicken and cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
- Lower heat and stir in cream cheese and chicken broth until smooth.
- Add gnocchi and spinach; cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes until gnocchi are tender.
- Stir in cheddar cheese until melted; top with crispy bacon before serving.
Notes
Use fresh or frozen gnocchi without pre-boiling.
