Description
Crack Burgers are juicy homemade burgers made with ground chuck, ranch seasoning, bacon, and cheddar cheese for the ultimate beef dinner.
Ingredients
1 ½ lb ground chuck
3 Tbsp sour cream
2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
⅓ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Hamburger buns
Lettuce
Tomato
Mustard
Mayo
Instructions
1. Combine ground chuck, sour cream, ranch mix, bacon, and cheddar in a large bowl. Mix gently until combined.
2. Form mixture into 6 equal patties and press a small dimple in the center.
3. Preheat grill or skillet to medium heat.
4. Cook patties to desired doneness using a meat thermometer.
5. Let rest 3–5 minutes before serving on toasted buns with toppings.
Notes
Do not overmix the meat.
Avoid pressing burgers while cooking.
Use 80/20 ground chuck for best results.
