Description
Warm, gooey, and loaded with cinnamon flavor, this casserole is the perfect easy holiday breakfast for a crowd.
Ingredients
2 tubes refrigerated cinnamon rolls (8-count each)
¼ cup salted butter (melted)
½ cup milk
½ cup pure maple syrup
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13″ dish.
2. Pour melted butter into the dish.
3. Cut cinnamon rolls into 3/4″ pieces and layer in the dish.
4. Whisk milk, maple syrup, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon until fully combined.
5. Pour the mixture evenly over the cinnamon rolls.
6. Bake 35–45 minutes until golden and puffed.
7. Cool 10–15 minutes, then drizzle with reserved frosting.
Notes
Make ahead by prepping the rolls and wet mixture separately and combining before baking. Store leftovers in fridge up to 3 days.
