A rich and creamy Chocolate Dream Smoothie Bowl made with bananas, cocoa powder, oats, and almond milk. Perfect for breakfast or post workout snacks.
Ingredients
2 large frozen bananas
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 pitted Medjool dates
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 teaspoon chia seeds
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
1. Chill serving bowl in freezer for 10 minutes.
2. Add frozen bananas cocoa powder dates oats almond milk vanilla peanut butter chia seeds and salt to blender.
3. Blend until thick and creamy scraping sides if needed.
4. Pour smoothie base into chilled bowl.
5. Add toppings like sliced bananas strawberries crunchy granola cacao nibs and nut butter drizzle.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for natural sweetness.
