Ingredients
4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
6 Tbsp butter
1 onion chopped
2 carrots sliced
8 oz mushrooms
3 garlic cloves
1/3 cup flour
2 cups chicken stock
1/2 cup cream
1 cup peas
parsley
2 pie crusts
1 egg
Instructions
1. Melt butter and sauté onions and carrots
2. Add mushrooms and garlic
3. Stir in flour and cook
4. Add stock and cream, simmer until thick
5. Add chicken, peas, parsley
6. Prepare crust and fill pie
7. Cover with top crust and seal
8. Bake at 425°F for 30-35 minutes
