Description
Chicken Caesar Wrap is a quick and flavorful meal made with tender chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and creamy Caesar dressing wrapped in a soft tortilla.
Ingredients
3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken (grilled, fried, or rotisserie)
1/3 cup Caesar dressing
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup homemade croutons
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
4 flour tortillas or wraps (10-inch)
Instructions
1. In a large bowl combine lettuce, chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss well.
2. Season with salt and pepper and add extra dressing if desired.
3. Warm tortillas in a pan for 15–30 seconds per side or microwave between paper towels.
4. Place tortillas on a clean surface and divide Caesar salad mixture evenly in the center.
5. Fold in the sides and roll tightly like a burrito.
6. Secure with a toothpick if needed and cut in half or serve whole.
Notes
Use grilled chicken for a healthier version.
Add croutons just before serving to keep them crunchy.
Whole wheat tortillas can make this wrap more nutritious.
