2 cups shredded chicken

2 tablespoons fresh parsley


Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

2. Add sliced carrots, celery, and onion. Sauté for 4–5 minutes until tender.

3. Add garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper and cook for 1 minute.

4. Pour in chicken broth and add egg noodles. Bring to a boil.
