1 pound halal smoked sausage

4 cups baby potatoes, halved

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 packet halal-certified ranch seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sour cream (optional)

Fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare baking sheet.

2. Wash and cut baby potatoes evenly.

3. Slice smoked sausage into 1/4-inch rounds.

4. Mix ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.

5. Toss potatoes with olive oil and half the seasoning.

6. Spread potatoes on baking sheet and add sausage.

7. Roast 35–40 minutes, stirring halfway.

8. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and bake 5 more minutes until melted.
