- 1.5 to 2 pounds ground beef (80/20 recommended)
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Burger buns or lettuce wraps (optional)
- Cooking spray or oil (for molds)
- Dipping sauces like ketchup or mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease the skull molds.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, diced onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Press a thin layer of beef mixture into each skull mold cavity.
- Add a spoonful of shredded cheese into the center of each skull.
- Cover with another layer of beef, sealing the cheese inside.
- Firmly press down to shape and hold the skull form.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until cooked through and golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before unmolding.
