A bold burger bowl packed with juicy beef, crispy potatoes, fresh veggies, and creamy sauce—perfect for healthy meal prep and high-protein meals.
Ingredients
500g lean beef mince
2–3 medium potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil (divided)
Lettuce, shredded
Cheese (regular or dairy-free)
Pickle slices
½ tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp oregano or mixed herbs
1½ tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp pickle juice
Instructions
1. Mix all spice ingredients in a small bowl and set aside
2. Slice potatoes into thin chips, dry well, and toss with olive oil and half the spice mix
3. Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 30–40 minutes or air fry for 20 minutes until crispy
4. Heat remaining oil in a pan and cook beef mince, breaking it apart
5. Add remaining spice mix and cook until browned and liquid evaporates
6. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, and smoked paprika to create sauce
7. Assemble bowls with potatoes, lettuce, beef, cheese, and pickles
8. Drizzle sauce on top and serve immediately
