A hearty and easy biscuits and gravy casserole recipe perfect for breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients

8 count refrigerated Grands biscuit dough
1 pound bulk sausage
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 peppered gravy mix (2 3/4 ounce)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 13×9 baking dish
2. Cook sausage until browned and drain fat
3. Cut biscuits into pieces and layer in dish
4. Add sausage and sprinkle cheese
5. Whisk eggs and milk and pour over
6. Prepare gravy and pour on top
7. Bake 40-45 minutes until golden
Notes
Let casserole rest before slicing
Use zesty sausage for more flavor
Add hashbrowns for variation
