4 oz cream cheese

5 tbsp unsalted butter

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

1. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.

2. Warm the water, milk, and butter until the butter melts.

3. Whisk the egg into the warm liquid mixture.

4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients to form a sticky dough.

5. Add more flour and knead until smooth and elastic.

6. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes.

7. Roll the dough into a rectangle and spread with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.

8. Roll into a log and cut into 12 rolls.

9. Place in a baking dish and let rise until doubled.

10. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.

11. Mix the icing ingredients until smooth.

12. Spread the icing over the warm rolls.
