Baked cranberry brie bites are a quick and easy 5-ingredient holiday appetizer with flaky pastry, creamy brie, and sweet cranberry sauce.
Ingredients

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
4 oz brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes
1/2 cup cranberry sauce
2 tbsp candied pecans, chopped (optional)
Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease mini muffin tin
2. Cut puff pastry into 12 squares and press into cups
3. Add brie cube and cranberry sauce
4. Sprinkle pecans if desired
5. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden
6. Cool slightly, garnish, and serve
Notes
Do not overfill with cranberry sauce
Let cool before removing from pan
