Description

This Apple Pie Milkshake blends creamy vanilla ice cream, real apple pie, and warm spices into the ultimate fall dessert drink.


Ingredients

Scale

1 & 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

3 tablespoons powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

4 cups vanilla ice cream (about 10 scoops)

1/3 cup whole milk

8 ounces apple pie

1 teaspoon apple pie spice


Instructions

1. Place the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla into the body of a stand mixer with the whisk attachment (or into a large bowl with an electric hand mixer) and whip until stiff peaks are reached; set aside.

2. Place the ice cream, half of the stiff whipped cream, milk, apple pie, and apple pie spice into a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth.

3. Divide the milkshake between four glasses and top with the remaining whipped cream. Add extra garnishes if desired and enjoy!

Notes

For a vegan version, use plant-based ice cream and pie, and swap dairy milk for oat milk.

Add caramel sauce or bourbon for an indulgent twist.

Garnish with cookie crumbs, extra pie crust, or cinnamon sugar.
